What are the small concrete buildings along Michigan highways? - buildings
While driving on I-75 and M-10, I noticed a series of small concrete building on the hill near the road built. They have a kind of machinery in them, but I do not know why. All are within a mile. Someone knows what it is?

If your case I think we are talking about bombs to keep the road from flooding during heavy rainfall. Much of the house is located in the area.
